I
always dream about a food stand which serves
excellent meals at the Night Market of
Taiwan.

There
are many good food stands at the Night
Market of Taiwan. Sticky tofu and oyster
noodles are two popular foods sold
there.

Sticky
tofu and oyster noodles are two popular foods in
Taiwan. It's easy to find them everywhere, but not
every place knows how to make them delicious.
A
stand located in the night market is my favorite
place to eat them. At
that stand, they serve sticky tofu with spicy
cabbage on the side.
Then,
to make the food flavorable, they sprinkle a sauce
on top which includes ginger, garlic, chili, soy
bean sauce, and vinegar.
The
other thing they make really good at this stand is
oyster noodles. They put plenty of oysters in the
noodles and mix in vegetables. Before eating it, I
always add extra garlic and chili sauce and
vinegar.
Now,
I am far away from home in the United States.
Luckily, I can find food here that is similar to
what I am used to eating in China Town, but I still
miss stringy tofu and oyster noodle because it is
impossible to find them here.
