Here
is my recipe for Bola Bola. You can find these
anywhere in the world, but the name is different.
They are called meat balls in English. This dish is
very popular in the Philippines. My husband loves
to eat it.
Ingredients:
(for 6 people)
- 500
grams minced beef
- 1
capsicum (a red pepper)
- 3
eggs
- 2
tablespoons spring onionsliced
- 2
tablespoons soy saucelight
- 1/3
cup plain flour
- ground
black pepper and salt to taste
- tomato
ketchup
Method:
- Mix
all the ingredients except for the flour into a
large bowl.
- Take
some of the mixed ingredients and roll it with
flour and form balls.
- Heat
some oil in a frying pan.
- Fry
until they becomes golden brown.
- Serve
them with tomato ketchup and rice.

Tip
for Preparing
You
can make big or small meat ballsany size you
want. The tomato ketchup is used only for dipping
the Bola Bola, so the amount you use
depends.
