Bola Bola (Meat Balls)

Alicia Clark

from the Philippines

Here is my recipe for Bola Bola. You can find these anywhere in the world, but the name is different. They are called meat balls in English. This dish is very popular in the Philippines. My husband loves to eat it.

Tip for Preparing

You can make big or small meat balls--any size your want.

The tomato ketchup is used only for dipping the Bola Bola, so the amount you use depends.
