. Try our specialty: Arepas, the Venezuelan Bread

Arepas are an important part in the plate of Venezuelan people. They are a kind of bread that we eat every day. They are made of corn flour.

We can prepare these easily, just mix corn flour with water and salt. After, shape a little flat ball of dough with your hands. Then put it in the oven, on the grill or fry it.

You can eat arepas alone, but it is better if you put a little spoon of butter inside and fill it with white cheese, cooked beef, chicken salad, cooked chicken, jam, fish, black beans (caraotas). sausage with pink sauce, cooked pork, avocado and vegetables, scrambled eggs with vegetables (perico).

The most popular are smoothies of tropical fruits, like banana, pineapple, watermelon, natural juices of orange, grapefruit, tangerine, lemon. Also, we have soft drinks, coffee, milk, and beers. If our customers have more sophisticated wishes, we can provide other kinds of beverages.
