purpose.

Just
being a smoker does not make you guilty, but it is
significant that their smoking is having bad
effects on many nonsmokers. Smoking is a person's
habit. Smokers have the right to smoke just as
nonsmokers have the right not to smoke. What I'd
like to say is that smoking is okay, but smokers
should know when and where they can smoke.
People
are arguing whether smoking should be allowed in
public places. I think it should be allowed. I
don't mean in the whole area; I just mean there
should be a place for smoking, at least. It is not
hard to have that place in theaters, restaurants,
shopping malls, and many buildings.
Everybody
knows smoking is harmful for a person's health.
It's obviously true. Everybody has his own habits,
and smoking is just one of them. People who smoke
feel comfortable smoking when they want.

Who
can dare to prohibit them from their pleasure of
smoking? But they have to be careful not to bother
others who don't like smoking. Smokers shouldn't
forget to respect nonsmokers' privacy.
Only
when both try to keep these rules will the
complaints against smokers disappear.
