Blanca Larios from El Salvador takes a look at some "skydiving skiiers", but she is not too sure if she would like to try this kind of extreme sport.

I don't know what makes people absorbed in sports. Many athletes have some physical problems. Usually they endure the pain and keep on doing sports. Sports have some attractive power.

We seek thrills because we are young. The older we are, the safer life we prefer. When I ski, I know jumping from a hill is dangerous, but it's more fun than dangerous.

Human beings always try to overcome something. That's why we are challenged to do difficult things. We get joy when we overcome difficulty.

Ancient people did hunting instead of sports. Sports is a substitute for hunting. In hunting, we chase and capture. In sports, we also aim at something; for example, a goal or to beat someone.
