Hotel Staff Should Wear Uniforms

Agustina Pascual from Spain

I remember the two years I wore a uniform when I worked as a receptionist in a hotel. Our uniform was a was a suit, a skirt and a jacket. The skirt was grey with a black stripe and the jacket was black.

The hotel had different divisions, and in each one the workers wore different uniforms depending on their positions. For example, the receptionists had different uniforms than the managers.

I think wearing uniforms has many advantages for staff who wear them. They don't need to buy a lot of elegant clothes or worry about what they wear to work everyday. Also, uniforms are more comfortable for them. Another advantage is that the customers can easily identify them.
