A Close Call in the Garden Karelhia Garcia from Venezuela Photo from Karelhia Garcia We escaped to a beautiful garden; it was closed and we were not supposed to enter it, but we jumped over the sign and entered illegally.   Four years ago, I was in a math class which was very boring, so a couple of friends and I started to play some games. That made the teacher angry. She sent us to the principal's office, but we didn't go. Instead, we decided to play hooky. We escaped to a beautiful garden; it was closed and we were not supposed to enter it, but we jumped over the sign and entered illegally. Once we were in the garden, we climbed a mango tree to get some of the fruit. At that moment, we heard some steps and that scared us. We started to run, but just as we reached the exit, I fell down and sprained my ankle. My friends came back to help me, and fortunately we were able to escape from the garden. After that, I missed three days of class, and my parents were very angry with me; but now whenever I think about that escapade, I always laugh a lot.
