It's Not Violence; It's Just a Fad

Pokémon merchandise is all over the place. No matter where you go, Pokémon will follow you. It is amazing how the market is oversaturated with Pokémon merchandise.

I've only watched Pokémon animation once, but I don't think it is especially violent animation. It is just animation like any other animation.

Some years ago, a movie called "Jurassic Park" played all over the world. The animation in that movie was more violent, and the dinosaurs seemed to be real. The people were also mesmerized by the games, cards and toys about that movie.

I know it is hard for little kids to distinguish reality and virtuality, but in the near future, when they are older, they will realize the difference.

When I was a little younger, I also watched animation which included a little violence; but I didn't become a bully. Pokémon is just a kind of fad. We don't need to worry about it.

The violence of animation won't be a big problem because two or three years from now, the kids won't think about the toys and cards they like so much today; at that time, they will be considered old-fashioned ones.
