When
I was six years old, my parents and I were in
London for a one-month vacation. One day when my
mother and I were walking on Oxford Street, I
started crying and asked my mother to use the
Underground train.
At
first, she refused to go and use it because she
said to me the weather was very nice and it was
better to walk. I didn't pay attention to what she
said, and for about one hour I never stopped
crying. She told me to stop immediately and became
very angry at me. I didn't do anything; I only ran
away from her; I ran as fast as I could.
The
street was really crowded, so she couldn't follow
me. Then, I entered one of the biggest shops there
and went to the second floor. I found a Coffee Shop
there, I entered it, sat on a chair, and started
crying again. All the people came around me. They
were talking to me, but I didn't understand
anything.
After
that, they called the police station, and a
policemen came to the shop. He tried to talk to me,
but I just continued crying. Then he took the small
bag that I was carrying, opened it and found my
hotel address and phone number. When he phoned the
hotel, my father answered the phone.
In
the end, the police man took me to the hotel. My
father was standing in the front of the hotel door.
He talked to the police man, then he asked me what
happened and where my mother was. I told him
everything, and I also told him that I was afraid
that my mother was very angry with me.
When
my mother came, she was crying; but when she saw
me, she hugged me and kissed me. She talked to my
father about everything. Both of them told me not
to do anything like this in the future because
maybe one day I wouldn't find any one to help me
and they also said they wouldn't forgive me if I
did it again.
