Playing the Piano is a Pleasure Photos: Sandy Peters Playing the piano is the most important thing in my life. WheneverI have free time, I enjoy playing. Katsura Nakazato from Japan Playing the piano is the most important thing in my life. Whenever I have free time, I enjoy playing. I love the sound of this instrument. It relaxes and encourages me. I have been playing for twelve years. In the beginning, I hated it because I couldn't play well, but now it's my biggest pleasure. I usually practice for three hours. First, I do finger exercises for the piano. I play the basic tune with etude when I can move my finger flexibly. I try to play classical music. I like Chopin and especially love "Fantasy Improvisation, but this music is difficult to play well, so I will have to continue practicing. I want to be able to perform skillfully before people one day. I also like listening to someone else playing the piano.
