Until I Smell Pines!

My brothers and I played, ran, or just lay down on the grass while the sun light passed through the trees and touched our faces. That was great.

Whenever I smell the fresh odor of pine trees, it brings back a pleasant memory. When I was a child, my father bought some land in a forest near Mexico City, and we often went there to have a picnic.

I loved that place; it was full of small wild flowers of different colors, and the air was fresh with that smell of pines.

My brothers and I played, ran, or just lay down on the grass while the sun light passed through the trees and touched our faces. That was great.

I would like to be there right now, but maybe the place is not the same any more. Who knows? It has been so many years since the last time I was there that I have almost forgotten how great it was...until I smell pines!
