Ha! A stupid answering machine! Hang up! Absolutely. In general, I hate getting an answering machine when I make a phone call. The answering machine just turns me off every time. Never do I leave a message on the machine because I feel it's wired.

Once when I tried to talk on an answering machine, I thought maybe someone was listening to me. I felt I was supervised by an unknown person. Since then, I always hang up the phone if I don't hear a live voice.

I know some people like to use the answering machine to sort out the phone calls. To keep my privacy, however, I don't want to leave a message to let the receiver know what I am thinking.

Actually, my parents stay home twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. They always help me by answering the phone. That's why I don't really need an answering machine. In the future, if I really need to make sure I don't miss a message, I will use the indicated transfer function, or I will use my cell phone to be sure I get my messages.

In my personal opinion, I consider the answering machine nothing more than an ungainly box to be placed in a beautiful, well-decorated house. So, if I have any choice, I will opt for other services instead of using a stupid answering machine!
