Kids Learn More From their Failures

Elsa Gutierrez from Mexico

I think raising a child is the most difficult and important job there is. Children are always complicated because they have their own feelings and thoughts. Therefore, they don't know what they want to do and what they feel. It's very important at that time that parents teach them.

Definitely I think that kids learn more from their failures than from their successes because when kids experience failure, they never forget that situation. But even though I think kids can learn more by failing, I also think it is important that their parents to always try to encourage and help them.

In addition, it is not a good idea for parents to comment on the mistakes that their kids make because it's enough to explain only once. If parents constantly remind kids about the mistakes they make, the kids might have more problems when they grow up. It's important for parents to teach their kids that they can do things better day by day and gradually obtain experience about life.

Raising them in a good atmosphere is helpful because their parents have good relationships with them. However, when the parents are divorced or have a lot of problems, children sometimes have problems.
