Don't
Make a Big Deal Out of Failure
Patricia
Vilhena from Brazil
Some
people think you learn from your mistakes, but I
don't believe failure builds character. Maybe this
statement can surprise some people at first, but I
think people who focus on their successes rather
than on their failures can be more confident and
more successful than people who don't.
The
question isn't if failure builds character or not.
The most important thing is just not to make a big
deal of failure. Of course, many people fail, but
some people handle failure better than others.
These people don't think failure is important. They
learn more from their successes. I think these
people are happier and less stressed than the
others because of their attitudes. And, because
they are less stressed, they will probably be more
successful in life.
